By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may modify, pause, or revoke permissions at any time
3. Risks and Disclosures
3.1 Investment Risk

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated outputs
That the Platform will meet your investment objectives

4. AI Models and Automated Features
4.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

4.2 Limitations of AI
AI outputs are probabilistic and based on historical and real-time data
AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or affected by market anomalies
AI outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions
4.3 No Fully Autonomous Trading by Default
Unless you explicitly enable and authorize automated execution features, the Platform does not engage in fully autonomous trading on your behalf.
5. Brokerage and Third-Party Integrations
5.1 Brokerage Connections
If you choose to connect a brokerage account:

Trade execution occurs via third-party broker-dealers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute resolution procedures (including arbitration, if applicable) will be specified separately or in an appendix.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
